Having recently stayed at this hotel, I can confidently say that it was a luxurious experience. The room was exceptionally comfortable, with exclusive amenities such as a Jacuzzi and private facilities. The outdoor swimming pool was also a standout feature, with comfortable lounge chairs and excellent service from staff. The Spa & wellness centre was a highlight of my stay, offering a wide range of treatments to choose from.
The one minor issue I encountered during my stay was with the restaurant. While the buffet breakfast was excellent, the quality of the food at the rooftop restaurant did not quite match up to the standards of the rest of the hotel. Despite this, the bar/lounge area had a stunning view and the cocktails were well-prepared. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The buffet breakfast, the helpful employees. We liked the amenities, such as a mini bar fridge, an iron and a TV with satellite channels. The stuff of Anantara Bangkok Sathorn went out of their way to make our stay SPECIAL. We went to Olive keeper, located next to, to have some dinner.

Worth its 5 stars. The idea to include coffee/tea making machines and refrigerators in the family suite was nice. Hotel's concierge helped us a lot! Rooftop bar was huge👌👍

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The facilities were gorgeous. What a lovely treat it was!
I had a little trouble with internet, but managed. A little dissapointed that the coffee in the room was instant, felt it could have been better.

Nice rooms, nice pool.
Upon arrival, my credit card was charged for whole hotel fee + potential expenses, which is not 5 star hotel policy. Although asked for manager, hotel staff did not call her/him, neither spoke sufficient english to explain the charges.I wrote to both manager and hotel at emails found on their website, never got a reply.

Good location - about 10 minute walk to Chong Nonsi Skytrain which was convenient for getting around (also only 2 stops to river ferry pier) which was best way to travel during the day with the heat and traffic. All the staff were very helpful - great restaurant recommendations from concierge for dinners during our stay. The apartment itself was large and very clean - was travelling with teenage son so it was ideal to have two bedrooms and bathrooms as well as two TVs and free wi-fi. There was an excellent choice of food at the buffet breakfast. Overall we had a great stay the Anantara and would definitely use this hotel again if visiting Bangkok.
It often took a while to get a lift after breakfast as there were too many people for the number of lifts but this was only a minor inconvenience.

Two bedroom suite was ideal for a family of 4, spacious, clean and comfortable with an excellent view of Bangkok. Staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful, in particular Spa, gym and bellhops. Buffet breakfast had a good choice of local and international dishes. 10 minute walk to Chong Nonsi bts sky train station made travel around city very easy and convenient. Free wifi in hotel.
Breakfast area gets very crowded on weekends and every day from 9:30 am. Only 3 small elevators to service 30 plus floors. There seems to be no service elevator, so staff holds up elevators. No utensils in kitchen of apartment, you need to request them. No laundry facilities in apartments.
